Fixes

Fixed a case where a WAV file could be misidentified during audio probing, causing the job to finish with an empty transcript. Affected files now transcribe correctly, and audio that genuinely cannot be read returns an error instead of an empty result.

Fixes batch jobs requesting more than one output locale (e.g. output_locale: ["en-GB", "cmn-Hant"]) failing post-processing whenever a non-json_v2 transcript format (e.g. SRT) was also generated.
